In More Hold'em Excellence: A Winner for Life, Lou Krieger continues his commendable Hold'em Excellence series of books aimed at the beginning, live game, low-limit hold'em player.  But, this book installment really picks up the pace.

The range of topics greatly expands to include much higher level hold'em thinking and strategy.  Including considerations about turning professional.  There are two features that I really like about this book.  One is a really easy to reference and understand starting hand chart.  In fact, I removed mine from the book, and still carry it in my poker billfold.  And, the other is a 63-question professional poker player's aptitude test.  It is a good reality check for the player with more hope than experience.

Both of Krieger's books helped me.  I am sure that they can help you, too.
