Poker Tournament Strategies by Sylvester Suzuki was published in 1998.  Since then, there have been a number of true masterpieces written about tournament poker.  But, I do not recall that any have zeroed in on the nitty gritty strategic differences between so many different styles of tournaments, as does Suzuki's book.
