Published in 2005, Texas Hold'em On The Net: How to Maximize Your Winnings by David "Maximum Dave" Bradshaw may be the first book written about playing in online sit n go hold'em poker tournaments.
Perhaps, it has been overlooked for this distinction since it is sort of a smallish book. There are only 72 pages divided between 21 sections. About, 2 or 3 pages per chapter. But, looks can be decieving.
I recommend Bradshaw's book for any player just starting out playing online. And, especially if they plan to play in the online sit n go tournaments. The book is full of solid tips, advice, and Bradshaw's personal insights into all of the major subjects. His chapter on Betting Strategies is really helpful for anyone new to online play.
So, while there are today many advanced sit n go books, if you are a beginner, then Bradshaw's book should be your first read.
